It is built on a hill, on 5.000m², next to the rare beauty of the gorges of the steep mountain of Keramos which overlooks like a gentle spy the historical and traditional village of Kerames.
The outstanding villa is a traditional Cretan home. It is made from stone and wood, in total harmony with the natural beauty of the area, white colours are dancing in the rooms and there are intense traditional details like stone archways, built-in beds, baths and sofas. Although it is one of the higher houses of the area it is protected from the winds. Just a few meters below the wings of the eagles that nest high up on the cliffs, it offers to visitors a unique panoramic view of the Libyan sea and almost all the southern landscape of the county of Rethymnon. Absorbing and feeling the view from distance, the villa sees from Plakia to Matala, to the islands of Paksimadia, Gavdo and Gavdopoula giving an incredible feeling of travelling above the unlimited deep blue sea.

Traditional kitchen fully equipped (fridge, large cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, espresso-coffee maker and all cookware)
Dining room with monastery table (10 people capacity)
Living room with fireplace, built-in sofas (TV - DVD - CD player, MP3)

First floor (accessible by both internal and external staircase)
One (1) room with wooden traditional couch (fridge and TV)
One (1) bedroom with 2 twin beds

Outside areas
There are more than one spots on the 5.000m² to sit comfortably and enjoy the panoramic view. Around the villa you will find couches and chairs with tables for every mood you are in. The swing is the perfect place for early afternoon and the sun is just perfectly right for reading, sleeping or just relaxing, while watching the deep blue sea around you, right next to the outside living room, with the comfortable white build sofas and bamboo tables.
The garden has many levels to walk on, paved stone paths, and many different plants and flowers. On the lower level there is the 4,5m x 8,5m pool, mechanism for exercises and a hydro massage for extra care. There is shade under the large umbrella-pergola, sun beds and small tables to comfortably enjoy your stay.
On the higher level and next to the kitchen window you will find the outdoor dining table in the shade and it is also very easy to move anywhere you like around in the garden.
At the left back side of the house you will see the traditional laundry room where you will find the washing machine, the iron and ironing board, a place to wash out your swimming equipment and everything you need to hang your clothes, as well as all your detergents for the whole period of your stay.
At the second floor of the house there is one large balcony with plenty of space, and even a better full panoramic view, a rather breathless view - this is the ideal place to use a telescope and watch the stars during the night.
