Beschreibung
Luxurious villas in Greece. Two villas of high standards in the most desirable location of the island of Spetses, above the Old Harbor with a wide-angle view over the port and the sea. The residences are quite unique and offer tremendous value!Imagine the "WOW" factor an experienced architect would put in to his own home and then have the opportunity to own it and call it yours! These delightful villas are sure to attract those looking for security, with access to great facilities.
Spetses is an island and a municipality in the Islands regional unit, Attica, Greece.
Beyond its exceptional unspoilt beauty, the island features mansions and areas classified by the Ministry of Culture as protected monuments. Further it has a rich history from Antiquity through the Greek Revolution to modern times and prides itself of three museums, numerous public as well as secluded beaches and all modern amenities.
The two villas total 413m² and 402m². Theyre set on a plot with unique vistas! Their position ensures sea breezes and plenty of sun!
While a twin construction, each house is totally autonomous and independent and all main openings (entrance doors, windows, terraces, balconies etc.) are situated in such a way, that they do not affect the total privacy and
independence of each house.
In all cases the basement consists of two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a storage room there and a large playroom. There is also an additional space where the heating installation and the pool machinery is.
The ground floor (approximately 90,00m²) features a reception area with an open fireplace, a well-appointed kitchen with adjoining informal dining area as well as a guest W.C. The kitchen is equipped with many cabinets and lots of practical storage spaces. The kitchen is not completed yet, so that the buyers can finish it to their own taste.
The living area is opening out to a terrace (width 3,20m), which leads to a semi-floor with a lawn and a small pool. The terrace is covered with a pergola and it offers splendid vistas of the islands Old Harbour.
Aschending a stairway , we are led to the upper floor where there are four bedrooms, including a master suite with balcony, a bedroom with an en-suite and a balcony and two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Each house is air conditioned throughout.
Key features
Thanks to the residences hilltop location, the views will always be unobstructed towards the crystal sea!
The location features unmatched privacy and a feeling of peace and tranquility! Another of the residences advantage is the close proximity to the beach, only 500m away!
Superbly presented and meticulously looked after, these two astonishing villas could easily be your home, dont you think?

Luxurious villas in Greece. Location information:
The island of Spetses is the last one in the chain situated in the Saronic Gulf, the furthest south after Hydra. Several flying dolphins catamaran boats schedules per day throughout the year allow Spetses to be reached in less than two and a half hours from the port of Piraeus.
It is important to note that the island lies only a few miles from the shore of the north-eastern coast of the Peloponnese (Costa) with which it is connected via a regular ferry boat (20 min.) as well as sea taxis (10 min.) with their own anchoring place on the mainland. At Costa one finds several large guarded parking areas. Private cars are allowed on the island by special permission only for house owners and under certain conditions.
This infrastructure contributes to the fact that, unlike some other islands, Spetses never remains cutoff from the main land.
